If you have ever envisioned the perfect summer full of lobster bakes, beach picnics, and watching fireworks on your own private deck, this is it!
Fully furnished with all bedding and decor! Comfortably sleeps six with two full beds, two twin beds, and one full bathroom. Beach front deck with built-in seating and private beach access, along with full access to a tiller row/motorboat usage*.

The rental comes with usage of a 10 H.P tiller row/motorboat.
The boat can be used to go back and forth from Cedar Island Marina to the the cottage on Cedar Island. The tiller row/motorboat can be docked on the harbor side of Cedar Island or the south side of the island on a clothes line in front of the cottage.
*Please note, renters will need a to sign a hold harmless agreement to use the boat.
