No functions. No smoking in the cottage. No fires. Zero tolerance, inside or out. All renters will abide with the Associations Rules & Regulations.

The rental comes will a tiller boat. Renters will need to sign a hold harmless agreement.

1. All renters please understand, you’re on a private island, please be respectful to each other. Thank you.

2. As for Cedar Island living, there are no medical facilities on the island or store. You must motor to the main land for medical attention or shopping. Calling 911 is available, but there will be a “wait” on the island.

3. As for any issues at the cottage, will expedite A.S.A.P., but owner can’t guarantee when repair will take place, there’s are no credits to your stay on the island.

4. Gas for the tiller will be full at the start of the rental. It will come with 2 gallons in a proper gasoline container. Please fill accordingly with usage, there is a gas dock for your convenience at Cedar Island Marina.

5. Tiller is not used for “horsing around, puling tubes, water skiing, strictly to motor back and fourth from main island to island and back, islanders and Coast Guard are watching at all times. Thank you.

6. Tying the tiller at Cedar Island Marina, Cedar Island Dock properly (backing in the dock and tying up properly) or on the cloth line dock in front of the cottage is the renters full responsibilities. Be aware, know your knots.

7. The only hot spot for the cottage is on your phone at you expense.

8. Television is strictly for DVD’s, there are a few on the shelf. Please bring your own.
